Step 1.

Cut the skins off the pineapple, remove the core and cut into large chunks.

Step 2.

Peel the mango and cut around the seed into large chunks.

Step 3.

Peel and roughly chop the ginger.

Step 4.

Deseed and roughly chop the red chilli.

Step 5.

Add all the ingredients to a blender with 150ml cold water and blitz until smooth. If it's too thick for your liking, add some more water and blitz until smooth.

Step 6.

If your fruit and veg aren’t cold, serve over ice. Enjoy!

Substitute the water for coconut water for an added tropical twist.

1 Mango
20g Fresh Ginger
15g Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Small Red Chilli
100g Baby Spinach
2 Tbsp Coconut Cream
Ice (Optional)
