Sausage Ratatouille Traybake

Step 1.

Preheat your oven to 180°C/356°F

Step 2.

Roughly chop all your vegetables and chuck them in a baking tray.

Step 3.

Add the sausages, a couple of sprigs of rosemary, 3 bay leaves, and your tin of tomatoes.

Step 4.

Mix everything together and whack it in the oven for 45 minutes.

Step 5.

Put some fresh rosemary on the top to serve.

Make sure to check your sausages halfway through baking - they may need to be flipped.
