Step 1.

Start off my slicing then quartering the lemon and one of the oranges, as well as chopping the apple into small pieces.

Step 2.

Juice the other oranges, mix in the sugar and set aside.

Step 3.

Put all the fruit and orange juice in a large pitcher along with the bottle of wine and double measure of brandy.

Step 4.

Chill for 4 hours to overnight in the fridge to allow all the flavours to meddle and for the mixture to cool.

Step 5.

Serve in a glass with ice, top it off with sparkling water and a slice of orange as garnish. Enjoy.

40g Sugar
3 Oranges
1 Apple
1 Lemon
Sparking water top (Optional)
