'Nduja Baked Camembert

Step 1.

Heat your oven to 180°C/354°F.

Step 2.

Unwrap your camembert and cut a circle out in the middle. Stuff the ‘nduja into the hole in the camembert, then pop the cut out circle back on top. Pop your camembert back into its wooden tray.

Step 3.

Cut your ciabatta into sticks.

Step 4.

Finely chop your parsley and grate your garlic. Combine in a bowl with a good glug of olive oil.

Step 5.

Place your camembert in the centre of a large baking tray and surround it with your breadsticks. Drizzle the garlicky, herby oil over the breadsticks along with a pinch of salt, then toss with your hands until they are all coated.

Step 6.

Bake for 15 minutes, then serve immediately.

'Nduja can be found in large supermarkets, artisanal butchers or delis. We use a jarred version, but this would also work with fresh.

250g Camembert
2 Tbsp ‘Nduja
1 Loaf of Olive Ciabatta
2 Cloves of Garlic
Handful of Parsley
Salt
Olive Oil
