MOB's Pulled Chicken Burger

Step 1.

Into the Crock-Pot Lift & Serve slow cooker, place your chicken, chipotle paste, passata, 2 tbsp of barbecue sauce, chop up your onion and add this along with a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Mix together to make sure the chicken is coated completely, then leave this to cook on the ‘Low’ heat setting for 6 hours.

Step 2.

Guac Time. Into a bowl, add your avocados and mix with a fork until it resembles a chunky guac. Next, chop up your coriander and add to the bowl, followed by the juice of your lime, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and mix together.

Step 3.

Once your chicken is done, shred it all up within the Crock-Pot Lift & Serve slow cooker. Lightly toast your buns and add a squeeze of barbecue sauce to the bottom bun, then add a spoonful of your chipotle chicken followed by a spoonful of guac. Add 2 leaves of lettuce and top it off with your bun. Repeat for the rest of your MOB and tuck in.

Make sure you shred your chicken thinly to get the ultimate pulled chicken burger.
