Crispy Tofu Bites
Press your tofu into a clean cloth to remove as much liquid as possible.
Tear the tofu into 3cm-sized chunks with nice rough edges.
Marinate the tofu pieces in soy sauce then cover them in cornflour. Repeat for all of your chunks until they're evenly coated.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan then add the tofu. Fry for a few minutes on each side until extra crispy.
Serve up with your favourite dipping sauce. We've gone for sweet chilli.
