Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a microwave-safe mug
Crack in the egg, add the milk, a tablespoon of oil, caramel extract. Give it a good mix so there are no visible lumps. Break apart the dark chocolate and pop in a few squares of the dark chocolate in the centre (this is what will give that gooey centre!)
Put the mug into the microwave 900W for 2 minutes
Allow to cool slightly and then ice with Dr. Oetker Chocolate Buttercream Style Icing. Decorate with sprinkles and a big chocolate star to create a tree.
