Cheat's Custard Tarts

Step 1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2.

Whisk together the yoghurt, maple syrup, egg and vanilla.

Step 3.

Flip the buns and using a teaspoon press down the insides to make an indent.

Step 4.

Pour the custard mixture into the buns and bake for 8 mins.

Step 5.

Take the buns out and decorate with fresh fruit.

Step 6.

Mix the jam with a tablespoon of water and brush that over the fruit until it looks all glossy.

Step 7.

Cut in half and enjoy.

3 Tbsp Yoghurt
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Egg
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 St Pierre Brioche Burger Buns
150g Selection of Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries)
2 Tbsp Strawberry Jam (or any fruit jam)
