Freeze Your Herbs
This is a great way to use use any leftover herbage from a recipe. This works with any leftover mint, basil, thyme, rosemary etc. Just whack the leaves in an ice tray, cover with water and place in the freezer.
Once you take them out, you'll be left with beautifully flavoured ice cubes which are great in all drinks... it makes a normal glass of water taste delicious, a great addition to a tonic or soda cocktail and especially good in a G&T. And you’re not chucking anything away. Ideal.
