6 Closed Cup Mushrooms
2 Bell Peppers

Slice up your mushrooms, peppers and carrots. Cut the stalks off your herbs.
Add the stalks to your wok and fry in oil. Add the mushrooms, peppers and carrots.
Once softened, add the Thai green curry paste and the coconut milk.
Crumble your vegetable stock into the pan and add a cup of water.
Noodle time. Add in the rice noodles and let soften.
Squeeze the juice of a whole lime into the pan. Add the coriander and basil leaves.
