Bertolli Prawn Spaghetti

Be sure to salt your pasta water.

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 1 Bunch of Parsley

  • Bertolli Spread

  • 1 Teaspoon of Chilli Flakes

  • 500g of Prawns

  • 100ml of White Wine

  • 400g of Spaghetti

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • 1 Lemon


  1. Start by slicing up your garlic and parsley stalks. Add a knob of Bertolli to a frying pan and allow it to melt. Once melted, add your chilli flakes, parsley stalks and mix everything together. Next up, add your prawns to the pan.

  2. Get your pasta on (see pack instructions).

  3. Once your prawns are cooked, add your garlic and white wine. When the spaghetti is done, add this to the pan. Chop up the remaining parsley leaves and add to the pasta. Add a good grinding of pepper and a pinch of salt. Finish with the juice of a whole lemon. Toss everything together and that’s it, so simple, so easy.
